This is the first time I've ever done this...
Well, there's a first time for everything, right? I'm sure it will take me some time to get much on here, but for now, here's a little about me. I'm currently a full time student at Indiana/Purdue University, Fort Wayne (IPFW) studying education. I have 3 more semesters and I'll be out finding a place to teach history to either junior high or HS students. Even though I've been an IPFW student for a couple years now, last year I spent the year at Alabama State University in Montgomery, and Western Carolina University in Cullohwee, NC. What an opportunity to study history from different perspectives!! Of course I LOVED the chance to hike in the Smoky Mtns... It is SO BEAUTIFUL there...I could almost move there! Well, I'll have to wait till I get my degree finished...
Now I'm registering for classes and trying to figure out the best way to as painlessly as possible, purchase the books I need for my classes. If you've ever done that, you understand what I'm talking about... $$$OUCH!!!
I don't know just how to do it yet, but I'll be figuring out how to post pics soon I hope, so you'll have a chance to see who I am.
Much to do, so little time...

Now that looking back, Pete, I am sure you can clearly see that was all worth it all, eh?
Long term goals keep us focused in our path to move on. Many are called but few are chosen. A lot of times it is because those who are called did not bother to prepare themselves while waiting upon the Lord to show the way.
Hats off to you, Pete. You did it! proud of ya. Congratulations. :) I rejoice with GREAT joy with ya. :)
